Do I need a gym membership to work with you?

Absolutely not!  I do not design cookie cutter programs for my clients.  If you have a gym membership, I will design your program based on that.  If you plan to exercise at home with no equipment at all, that's great too!  My goal is for you to move more and for you to be healthier.

How do I schedule sessions and make payments?

All workouts will be administered through my app and all payments will be handled through the app to make it easy for you.  If you are having issues, you can also always send me a message. Also, I will periodically offer special promotions through discount codes as well.  Click the button below to get started!

Can I choose when I workout or am I set to a schedule?

Ultimately, you will make your own schedule for when you exercise, but I will also know the schedule you set for yourself.  That means I will be checking in daily to see how you are doing and holding you accountable for working toward your goals.
