My approach to getting in shape is simple. Set goals, educate yourself on what you need to do, and execute. If you do these three things, you will see results. So let's break down those three steps.
When you join SB3 Fitness, you will be setting three goals. Why three? Your goals will fall in these three categories: fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Fitness goals are related to exercise. Maybe you want to do a pull-up or run a 5K. Those would both be great examples of a fitness goals. Nutrition goals are related to food. This could be eating three servings of vegetables a day or only eating one sweet per day. Finally there is the wellness goal. This goal is related to you as a person and what makes you happy. If you only sleep four hours a night, getting more sleep should be your goal. Spending time with family or finding time to meditate are other great examples. I ask you to name your three goals when we start working together and I will check in with you weekly to chat about how you are progressing toward your goals.
Next, let's talk about educating yourself on what you need to do. This is where I come in. I will be providing you with customized workout plans and giving you nutrition plans that fit your lifestyle and your budget. All I ask is that you keep up with your workouts and stick to your nutrition plan as closely as you can. The results will follow.
Finally, you need to execute. This is the tough part! I will do everything in my power to motivate you to get moving. I will be reminding you to get to the gym or get up out of bed to go for your walk or run outside. Unfortunately, I am not able to do the workouts for you. YOU are the one that has to get up and execute. I'm not saying it will always be easy, but it's my job to make it as painless possible for you. Together we can make amazing changes happen for your body and your life. If you are willing to put in the effort, I'm willing too! Let's get started!
