My name is Sam Bertrams and I have been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor since 2016. I have also worked as a lifestyle coach in a pre-diabetes program as well as an exercise instructor in a cancer survivors program. The greatest part about my job is the reaction from my clients and participants. The connections I have made through my work have been so impactful on my life. I now know what my passion and my calling is in life. It’s motivating people to become better versions of themselves through fitness. When you work with me as a trainer, you will know that I always have your back and I will do everything in my power to help you succeed.
We all go through struggles in our life. Some days can be a lot harder than others and we all feel that. The reason I love fitness is because it is the anchor that keeps everything in check. You may have an awful day at work and have a million things on your mind, but if you set aside your time in a day to get in that awesome workout, it’s amazing how your mood can be lifted. Even if the world is spinning circles around you and you feel like nothing is going right, that workout can be the one constant in your life that keeps your body and your mind healthy. Fitness may not be your passion right now and that’s okay! My goal for you is for exercise to become part of your normal routine and for you to learn to love working out. I promise I can help get you there and I know we will have some fun along the way.
